A: Try pressing your "Refresh" button at the top of your screens. This fixes it for most people. Your computer browser may not be set up to automatically check for new content.
Each week the old content is deleted so you are viewing a page in your computers memory. To see the new page you may need to delete the cookies/temporary internet files on your computer.
To do this using Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options > General > Delete Cookies & Delete Temorary Internet Files.
Q: I would like to order some postcards via post can I send cash?A: You can, but we would not recommend it. If you would like to send cash you may do so but we would advise using recorded or registered mail.
Q: Can I enter the postal competitions more than once?A: We would generally advise against this. Entering more than once could result in you being disqualified. Where possible we publish as much information about each competition. To make sure you don't miss out on a prize enter the competitions once only. If you really want the prize you could ask a family member (at a different address) to enter on your behalf.
Q: I ordered some postcards from you today - when will they arrive?A: Royal Mail state that you should allow 3 - 5 days for second class mail. However many customers received their cards the day after we've dispatched them. If you do not receive your cards within 5 working days please contact us.
Q: I ordered 200 postcards recently. I've received 100, where are the others?A: To keep our prices down we send out cards in batches of 100 on orders up to 500 cards. Even though parcels are posted together some seem to take an extra day or two. Should you not receive your second parcel do not hesitate to contact us using the contact page.
Q: Can I design my own cards/have this printed on my cards?A: No, all our cards are pre-printed with images and space for you details on the reverse.
Q: I'm new to this comping lark. How can I get started? Where can I find more information?A: Well we just so happen to have that one covered! You can visit www.howtowin.co.uk which is full of FREE tips, advice and resources on the subject of comping!
Q: I missed your update last week can you send me the competitions?A: Don't worry all our competition listings and newsletters are archived online here so you can still view them months later!
Q: My question isn't on the FAQ page, what do I do?A: You can contact our webmaster using the Contact Us links at the bottom of every page. Or you can now talk to the webmaster online via MSN. The great news is you don't even need to download the software.
